The Intense Base Gel Ash Brown is the first step in the RefectoCil Intense Browns toning system. Ideal for creating pronounced eyebrows. Perfectly suited for lighter skin types and hair colors.

How to use:

(Optional) Apply RefectoCil Intensifying Primer to the brows and let it develop for 4 minutes. Remove and allow skin to dry.

Apply the selected RefectoCil Base Gel directly to the brows. Leave on for 2 minutes, then remove.

Apply the RefectoCil Activator Gel. Leave on for 1 minute, then remove.
