RefectoCil Blue No. 2.1 gives a long-lasting and beautiful open look to types with light blonde to blonde hair.

When used on types with dark hair, little difference will be seen.

4 to 6 weeks of result
Content: a 15 ml tube with application stick. Enough for approximately 30 applications

How to use:

Clean the skin and eyebrow with the RefectoCil Eye Make Up Remover.

Afterwards, cleanse the skin and eyebrow with the Refectocil Saline Solution.

Mix 1 cm of paint with 5 drops of oxidant liquid OR 7 drops of oxidant cream.

Apply the paint to the eyebrows.

Remove with a cotton pad.
