Top Coat – Dipping Powder – 15ml

Top Coat is the third of three liquids used in a Powder Perfection service. The top coat seals in Powder Perfection color with a glossy, high-shine finish.

1. Nail Prep – Follow the OPI Powder Perfection step-by-step nail prep plan to ensure nails are grease-free for maximum durability.
2. Base Coat – Apply one coat of Step 1 Base Coat and then dip the nail in a color of your choice. Repeat for optimal color coverage. Apply one more coat of Base Coat and then dip in Clear Color Set.
3. Activator – Apply one coat of Step 2 Activator. File the nail for a nice shape and smooth the nail surface with the buffer file. Apply a second coat of Step 2 Activator. Allow the activator to dry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Top Coat – Apply one coat of Step 3 Top Coat using 2-3 quick brush strokes. Allow to dry for 1-2 minutes. Apply a second layer of Step 3 Top Coat.
