Silky Wax – 3kg

The ‘SILKY WAX’ is specially designed for sensitive skin and areas (such as bikini, face, etc). The multidirectional arrangement (it is not necessary to follow the direction of the hair), is very effective on short and difficult hairs.

What makes the “SILKY Wax” so special:

– Can be applied quickly and thinly in any direction.

– Speed. Halving of the treatment time compared to traditional depilation methods.

– Hygienic. No strips needed and use of new wax each time which reduces the risk of inflammation.

– Also used on extremely short and difficult hairs (such as armpits, bikini, etc).

– Hairs come back less quickly because waxing is done in the anagen phase.

– For the most sensitive and difficult skins because the wax adheres only to the hairs and not to the skin.

– Temperature is lower than traditional wax resulting in less skin irritation.

– Is enriched with aloe vera, argan oil and has a fresh and pleasant scent.

Preparation:

1. Fill the aluminum pot a quarter full with the ‘Silky Wax’. Then place the pot in the ‘Wax Heater’ and set the thermostat to the maximum temperature.

2. After 5 minutes, mix the wax with the wooden spatula. As soon as the wax becomes liquid, top up the wax to half of the pot.

3. When the wax is creamy and thick, set the thermostat between 60°C and 70°C. Sometimes it may be necessary to increase or decrease the temperature depending on the outside temperature and the amount of wax in the aluminum pot.

Always check the temperature on your own wrist (apply a small amount) before applying the wax.

Applying:

1. Clean the body area before performing the treatment.

2. Apply the ‘Velvet Powder’ over the body area to be treated.

3. Dip the wooden spatula into the ‘Silky wax’ making sure there is enough wax on the spatula. Place the spatula at a 45° angle to the skin in relation to the area of the body to be treated. While doing so, apply constant pressure in the direction of the hair direction to apply the wax.

If not all is gone, the wax can be reapplied in any direction.

Make sure the edges of the wax are slightly thicker so you can easily grasp the wax to pull it off.

Tip: Before lifting the spatula, quickly turn it back on itself and lift it up quickly to avoid threads.

When the wax has solidified, lift the thicker edges on the side with your fingertips and pull off the wax in the opposite direction than how you applied it.

If a few hairs or wax remains, use the velvet power again and reapply wax.

4. To finish the treatment, apply the “Super Cream” to the waxed areas.
