Caution! RefectoCil Blonde Brow should only be used with RefectoCil Oxidant cream.

How to use:

If you wish to improve your own knowledge, follow our training for eyelashes and eyebrows!

1. Clean eyelashes and/or eyebrows with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make Up Remover and RefectoCil Saline Solution.

2. For best results, mix 1 cm of RefectoCil paint with 5 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid 3% in your Artist Palette.
