1. Nail Prep - Follow the OPI Powder Perfection step-by-step nail prep plan to ensure nails are grease-free for maximum durability.
2. Degrease nails with OPI's NAS99 and apply Bondaid by OPI to all nails.
3. Base Coat - Apply one coat of Step 1 Base Coat and then dip the nail in a color of your choice. Repeat for optimal color coverage.
4. Apply one more coat of Base Coat and then dip in Clear Color Set.
5. Activator - Apply one coat of Step 2 Activator. File the nail for a nice shape and smooth the nail surface with the buffer file. Apply a second coat of Step 2 Activator. Allow the activator to dry for 1-2 minutes.
6. Top Coat - Apply one coat of Step 3 Top Coat using 2-3 quick brush strokes. Allow to dry for 1-2 minutes. Apply a second layer of Step 3 Top Coat.
